Password reset steps
Use the official password-reset flow in HTX. If you don't receive an email, check spam and ensure the recovery email is current. Never use links from unverified messages.
Lost 2FA device?
Use your stored backup codes to regain access. If backup codes are unavailable, contact HTX verified support and be prepared to prove ownership with transaction timestamps and account details.
After recovery — harden your account
- Rotate your password immediately.
- Re-enroll 2FA and create new backup codes stored offline.
- Revoke stale sessions and rotate any API keys.
